L’unica cosa che riesco a dire è GRAZIE! Ho trovato due persone di una gentilezza e cordialità incredibili. Mi hanno sempre fatta sentire a casa dal primo momento in cui ho messo piede nel locale. Professionali a dir poco; dalla domanda sulla temperatura dell’acqua alla cura nei dettagli per definire il taglio. Prodotti eccezionali e ricerca del meglio. Forse è vero che il lunedì i capelli è difficile tagliarli, ma andrò sempre da loro, qualsiasi giorno sia. Mi hanno fatto vedere bella come non mi succedeva da un po’. Mi ritengo veramente soddisfatta. 5 stelle sono anche poche. Grazie davvero di cuore ❤️ I arrived at Papis on a Monday. I was sick of my hair and the first google search gave me this address. The only thing I can say is THANK YOU! I found two people of incredible kindness and friendliness. They have always made me feel at home from the first moment I set foot in the club. Professional to say the least; from the question about the water temperature to the attention to detail to define the cut. Exceptional products and pursuit of the best. Maybe it's true that on Mondays hair is difficult to cut, but I will always go to them, whatever day it is. They showed me beautiful in a way that hadn't happened to me for a while. I feel really satisfied. 5 stars are also few. Thank you very much ❤️
C	Claudia Iaia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Conosco Tony ormai da circa 15 anni, l'ho scoperto casualmente grazie ad un cartello fuori del suo negozio in cui indicava il prezzo (basso) di una messa in piega. Provai e da allora divenne il mio parrucchiere del cuore. Da sottolineare che io non ho mai avuto un parrucchiere del cuore perché nessuno è stato mai tanto bravo (il mio capello non è facile) quanto umile e simpatico come lui. Cioè mi spiego: i parrucchieri più fanatici erano anche i più scarsi. Al contrario di Tony, professionale e preparatissimo perché sempre aggiornato e sempre all'avanguardia. Per questo cambiamento drastico di colore, deciso insieme per mimetizzare la mia ricrescita bianca, non potevo che affidarmi a lui, nonostante io viva oramai in un'altra grande città dove non mancano i parrucchieri. Papis è Papis, il suo taglio mi rimette al mondo, il suo colore è un concentrato di competenza applicata alla personalità della cliente, cosa importantissima per me. Oltre alla professionalità di Tony volevo sottolineare quella delle persone che lavorano con lui, Rita dolce e competente e i due figli bravi e simpatici. Ci si sente tanto bene in compagnia di questo gruppo, la cui mascotte è il mitico cagnolino Nicolino ? I have known Tony for about 15 years now, I discovered him by chance thanks to a sign outside his shop which indicated the (low) price of a styling. I tried and since then he has become my favorite hairdresser. It should be emphasized that I have never had a hairdresser of the heart because no one has ever been so good (my hair is not easy) as humble and nice as him. I mean, let me explain: the most fanatical hairdressers were also the scarcer. Unlike Tony, professional and highly trained because he is always up to date and always at the forefront. For this drastic change of color, decided together to camouflage my white regrowth, I could only rely on him, although I now live in another big city where there is no shortage of hairdressers. Papis is Papis, its cut puts me back in the world, its color is a concentrate of competence applied to the personality of the client, which is very important for me. In addition to Tony's professionalism, I wanted to emphasize that of the people who work with him, sweet and competent Rita and the two good and nice children. It feels so good in the company of this group, whose mascot is the legendary little dog Nicolino ?

Tony and Rita were very welcoming especially as I don't speak much Italian, they both speak some English which was extremely helpful. On top of that, the cut and colouring were done with perfection. Definitely a place worth visiting

Even though I am a native English speaker and my Italian is still very bad, they did an excellent job breaking through the language barrier to give me the service I wanted. The color is amazing ? the staff were all very nice and friendly, I even got some snacks and got to look at a cute little dog the whole time ?

I don’t speak Italian but it’s not a problem because they also understand English so I could communicate well with them. They only use good products on your hair so don’t worry, you will see no damage to your hair even though you get the high level of bleach. They even gave me olaplex treatment after the coloring. Definitely recommended for someone who’s into a fashion hair color? no other words, just fantastic!!
