★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abito al 3 piano di un condominio di classe AA e in sei anni l'ascensore della ditta che definerei dei PAGLIACCINI anzichè PAGLIARINI si è rotto una 20na di volte.
Da sabato scorso siamo a piedi e nel mio caso specifico io sono portatrice di handicapp e nn potrei fare le scale e ho un cane che pesa 30 kg e x conformazione fisica nn può fare le scale.
Oggi sono venuti i tecnici alle 14 ma alle 17 hanno pensato bene di andarsene senza finire di aggiustarlo! Nn ci sono parole x definire la superficialità e l'inefficienza di questa gente.

Sono passati 6 mesi e l'ascensore del mio condominio é ancora fuori servizio e non ci é stato notificato né il motivo né per quanto durerà quest'incubo!
Oltretutto tengo a precisare la totale mancanza di correttezza e maleducazione della receptionist o addetta al customer service la quale, alla mia telefonata per informazioni, mi ha risposto che del mio problema non gliene fregava niente sbattendomi giú il telefono.
Una persona così in qualsiasi altra azienda verrebbe richiamata e nella multinazionale americana dove lavoravo io, licenziata in tronco!
Concludo che mi rivolgeró al mio avvocato penalista per essere risarcita dei danni fisici e morali causatimi da questi pagliacci. Donatella Melodia.
I live on the 3rd floor of a class AA condominium and in six years the elevator of the company that I would call PAGLIACCINI instead of PAGLIARINI broke 20 times.
Since last Saturday we have been on foot and in my specific case I am a handicapped person and I could not take the stairs and I have a dog that weighs 30 kg and x physical conformation cannot take the stairs.
Today the technicians came at 2 pm but at 5 pm they saw fit to leave without finishing fixing it! There are no words to define the superficiality and inefficiency of these people.

It's been 6 months and the elevator of my condominium is still out of order and we have not been notified of the reason or how long this nightmare will last!
Moreover, I would like to point out the total lack of correctness and rudeness of the receptionist or customer service employee who, on my phone call for information, replied that she didn't give a damn about my problem by slamming my phone down.
A person like that in any other company would be recalled and in the American multinational where I worked, fired on the spot!
I conclude that I will turn to my criminal lawyer to be compensated for the physical and moral damages caused to me by these clowns. Donatella Melodia.
