★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo non posso essere positiva: 2 settimane fa ho adottato presso la Dottressa un micino di 4 mesi a cui è stato tolto un occhietto. Da subito ha avuto problemi di respirazione, infatti il giorno dopo averlo portato a casa ho chiamato L ambulatorio e la dottoressa mi ha detto che le sembrava strano e di non preoccuparmi che probabilmente era solo un raffreddore e che comunque sarei potuta andare la pe run antibiotico ma che in qualche giorno passato. Purtroppo non è stato così, L ho portato dal mio veterinario e si è subito accorto di una malformazione al torace, incavo per L esattezza, confermata poi subito dai raggi. Ha una bassissima aspettativa di vita purtroppo. Impossibile che la dottoressa non lo sapesse, avrei apprezzato l onesta e la serietà, per me e per il cucciolo. Tralascio poi la risposta che mi ha dato L assistente poco fa quando L ho chiamata per avvisarla dell accaduto. Pessima esperienza, pessimo comportamento. Pessima.
Unfortunately I cannot be positive: 2 weeks ago I adopted a 4-month-old kitten from the Doctressa who had a little eye removed. She immediately had breathing problems, in fact the day after taking him home I called the clinic and the doctor told me that it seemed strange to her and not to worry that it was probably just a cold and that in any case I could have gone for the antibiotic pe run but that in a few days passed. Unfortunately this was not the case. I took him to my vet and he immediately noticed a malformation in the chest, a hollow to be exact, which was then immediately confirmed by the rays. Unfortunately, he has a very low life expectancy. Impossible that the doctor did not know, I would have appreciated honesty and seriousness, for me and for the puppy. Then I leave out the answer the assistant gave me a little while ago when I called her to let her know what happened. Bad experience, bad behavior. Bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho conosciuto la dott.sa Pagliani in quanto abbiamo con la mia famiglia abbiamo di deciso adottare due gattini dal Rifugio Protezione del Gatto di Marzaglia ed essendo Lei la direttrice sanitaria abbiamo potuto vedere i cuccioli e ritirarli presso il suo studio. Siamo stati accolti molto cordialmente e la dott.sa Pagliani è stata molto disponibile a fornire consigli ed indicazioni. Dopo qualche giorno uno dei due gattini non stava bene a e l'ho fatto visitare, anche in questa occasione sia la dott.sa che la sua assistente sono state molto gentili. Il tutto a titolo gratuito in quanto incluso nel servizio post-adozione.. Grazie
I met Dr. Pagliani as we have with my family we decided to adopt two kittens from the Rifugio Protection of the Cat in Marzaglia and being the health director we were able to see the puppies and collect them at her studio. We were welcomed very warmly and Dr. Pagliani was very helpful in providing advice and directions. After a few days one of the two kittens was not feeling well and I had him examined, also on this occasion both the doctor and her assistant were very kind. All free of charge as it is included in the post-adoption service .. Thanks

Dr. Pagliani's is an excellent clinic. Owner and competent colleagues, simplifying, serene, available. My cat has always been treated beautifully, and every time diagnosis and therapy have been corrected. Everything's fine, then. I recommend this clinic to everyone, without reservations.

Located in the center of Modena outside the ztl with the possibility of private parking. The doctor is of a kindness and availability out of the ordinary and treats the animals with dedication and care. Highly recommended.
