The lady I contacted by phone was very rude. This denotes lack of professionalism and lack of foresight. My request at the time was for a rental but I am a known real estate investor in Desenzano and it could have been a wasted opportunity.

Accordi cambiati con delle scuse inutili, mi sono dovuto rivolgere ad un'altra agenzia.
Pessimi e maleducati.
Never been treated so badly, I found myself terrible, I strongly advise against this agency.

Bad agency for less than 10 stars. Absolute rudeness in regard to the customer. Change of agreements made in the pre-contractual phase and subsequent denials of the things agreed. Mr. ???? Escape a character dedicated to nonsense chatter and only useful for its economic purpose. CLASS IS NOT WATER ... HERE ZERO CLASS AND DIRTY WATER As well-known personalities would say ... a real QUACQUARACQUA ....
