Peccato che a prodotto ricevuto e con la prova di consegna prima dicono che non l'hanno ricevuto e poi non rispondono piú. Per fortuna che abbiamo acquistato tramite Amazon che ci ha restituito la cifra in breve tempo. Attenzione a fare acquisti direttamente da loro oppure leggete le recensioni. Beware of returns. We purchased a phone that arrived faulty and returned it by courier. Too bad that once they have received the product and the proof of delivery, they first say that they have not received it and then they no longer respond. Thankfully we bought it through Amazon who returned the amount in a short time. Beware of shopping directly from them or read the reviews.

Dopo più di una settimana e numerosi tentativi per mettermi in contatto con questo venditore non ho ancora ricevuto il rimborso, inoltre ho scoperto che il telefono è tornato nelle loro mani dopo aver ricevuto una notifica di tentativo di accesso al mio account google proprio da un A22 5G... Ci vuol poco a fare due più due. Alla fine, come testimoniano le immagini da me postate, ho dovuto far intervenire Amazon per avere una risposta e dopo aver elencato tutti i problemi che Paba S.r.L. mi ha causato, mi hanno fatto ben capire dalla loro risposta che da loro non avrò un soldo. Per fortuna ho segnalato tutto ad Amazon e i soldi li riavrò indietro, sto ora valutando una prosecuzione della vicenda per vie legali visto il tentativo di truffa e anche di violazione della mia Privacy. Consiglio spassionato per chi sta leggendo questa recensione: NON COMPRATE DA PABA, in quanto vi vendono articoli difettosi e cercano anche di non rimborsarvi e, a quanto pare, anche cercare di accedere ai vostri dati personali. I bought (via Amazon) a Samsung Galaxy A22 5G from this seller but it came with a factory defect that forced me to send it back, with an approved return request. After more than a week and numerous attempts to get in touch with this seller I have not yet received the refund, also I have found that the phone is back in their hands after receiving a notification of attempting to access my google account from an A22 5G ... It takes little to put two and two together. In the end, as evidenced by the images I posted, I had to ask Amazon to get an answer and after having listed all the problems that Paba S.r.L. caused me, they made me understand from their answer that I will not get a penny from them. Luckily I reported everything to Amazon and I will get the money back, I am now considering a prosecution of the affair by legal means given the attempted scam and also the violation of my Privacy. Dispassionate advice for those who are reading this review: DO NOT BUY FROM PABA, as they sell you faulty items and also try not to refund you and, apparently, also try to access your personal data.

Chi riceve solo e non spedisce mai non conosce la differenza di prezzo, ma DHL è il migliore ed è una garanzia. Articolo conforme a quello descritto ed arrivato con largo anticipo. As for me serious seller. Shipped the day after the order by DHL courier. Whoever receives only and never sends does not know the price difference, but DHL is the best and is a guarantee. Item compliant with that described and arrived well in advance.

O	Orlando Aurelio Rendon Hernandez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Difficoltà di consegna all'inizio in quanto ho acquistato da Amazon.com e non riuscivano a rintracciare il destinatario, ero preoccupato perché avrei dovuto svincolare la consegna pagando un ulteriore differenza ma mi hanno detto di mandare mail all'ufficio amministrativo, ci é voluto un pó del previsto per poterlo ricevere, senza alcuna comunicazione é stato fatto un secondo tentativo di consegna e l'ho ricevuto, un consiglio, rispondete alle mail del cliente in modo da tenerlo aggiornarlo sullo stato di consegna, per il resto il prodotto sembra ok!

Non sò ancora se riceverò una sostituzione o il rimborso perchè a quanto pare non hanno la minima intenzione di fare ne uno ne l'altro, spero di poter coinvolgere la piattaforma presso la quale ho eseguito l'acquisto e che intervengano per farmi avere il reso. Sconsiglio vivamente di comprare da questo venditore, state alla larga...
