Cerco nella mia mente una categoria che mi permetta di classificare questo luogo del buon cibo e, anche, dello star bene... Non ho termini di paragone e quindi... Lo ripeto... Semplicemente unica come unica è Maria la titolare, la cuoca, l'anima del suo piccolo mondo. Unica è anche Domenica che serve ai tavoli come se gli avventori fossero tutti suoi parenti... Unica è l'atmosfera vintage, surreale e metafisica del locale... Ma, soprattutto, unico è il modo di preparare, cucinare e servire l'ottimo pesce di giornata che viene offerto. Ah... Dimenticavo. Solo pesce (e che pesce!!!) e solo se i pescatori hanno pescato. Quindi obbligatorio chiamare prima. Maria non cucina se non ha pesce fresco da preparare. Mbé ... What can I say? The restaurant "da Maria" in Fano is a simply unique experience. I am looking in my mind for a category that allows me to classify this place of good food and, also, of feeling good ... I have no terms of comparison and therefore ... I repeat ... Simply unique as Maria is the owner, the cook, the soul of her little world. Sunday is also unique, which serves at the tables as if the customers were all her relatives ... The vintage, surreal and metaphysical atmosphere of the place is unique ... But, above all, unique is the way of preparing, cooking and serving the excellent fish of the day that is offered. Ah ... I forgot. Only fish (and what a fish !!!) and only if the fishermen have fished. So mandatory to call first. Maria doesn't cook if she doesn't have fresh fish to prepare.

Ci si accomoda a "casa" della titolare che ti serve il pescato del giorno, cucinato nel modo più semplice che esiste, ma dire eccezionale è poco. Brave. An experience, more than a lunch. You sit at the owner's "home" who serves you the catch of the day, cooked in the simplest way that exists, but to say exceptional is not enough. Brave.

Semplicemente divino! ?? I was able to savor in this restaurant the unique flavors of fish prepared in an exemplary way by Maria with that almost nothing of cooking to enhance the scent of the sea. Simply divine! ??

Erst war ich etwas enttäuscht das es im lauschigen Garten keinen Platz mehr gab aber dann wurde ich drinnen mit 100erten von Fotomotiven entschädigt ?? Es war zwar nicht günstig (85€) für ein Mittagessen aber es war seinen Preis wert. Wir werden wieder kommen... Great place with great food. We were completely surprised and were pampered deliciously. At first I was a little disappointed that there was no more space in the secluded garden, but then I was compensated with hundreds of photo motifs inside ?? It wasn't cheap (€ 85) for lunch but it was worth the price. We will come back...
