Piccolo, riservato, con pochi coperti che significa poca confusione e la possibilità di conversare durante il pasto senza doversi fare ripetere le parole. Non romantico perché ormai la scelta prevalente di arredamenti, colori e vestizione dei tavoli in stile minimal "giapponese" dà la sensazione di ordine e pulizia, ma inevitabilmente di una certa freddezza. I proprietari gentilissimi e mai insistenti danno suggerimenti, se richiesti, e spiegazioni, se richieste. Avevo prenotato in anticipo un brodetto fanese e nella corretta attesa di quanto gradissero i commensali ospiti votati ad altri gusti mi sono deliziato di un antipasto crudo di livello superiore: il sapore del pesce e crostacei esaltato e non soppresso dagli accostamenti di altri ingredienti, come nel caso della tartare di coda di rospo. Il brodetto servito al termine della perfetta cottura interpretato con una varietà di pescato più nobile rispetto alla tradizione ha colmato ogni possibilità di arrivare al dolce, convertito su un gradevole sorbetto al limone. Carta dei vini completa e multiregionale anche se personalmente scelgo e bevo sempre quelli del territorio dove mi trovo dove quasi sempre la selezione potrebbe essere più estesa. Discovered by accident, I liked it a lot. Small, reserved, with few covers which means little confusion and the possibility of conversing during the meal without having to repeat the words. Not romantic because by now the prevailing choice of furnishings, colors and dressing of the tables in a minimal "Japanese" style gives the feeling of order and cleanliness, but inevitably of a certain coldness. The very kind and never insistent owners give suggestions, if requested, and explanations, if requested. I had booked a Fano brodetto in advance and in the correct waiting for how much the guest guests voted for other tastes would like, I was delighted with a raw appetizer of a higher level: the flavor of fish and shellfish enhanced and not suppressed by the combinations of other ingredients, as in the case of monkfish tartare. The soup served at the end of perfect cooking interpreted with a variety of fish more noble than the tradition has filled every possibility of getting to the dessert, converted to a pleasant lemon sorbet. Complete and multi-regional wine list even though I personally always choose and drink those from the area where I am where the selection could almost always be more extensive.

All'interno bell'ambiente soft, arredato modernamente con stile, con romantica musica di sottofondo, i piatti presentati molto bene. Molta attenzione al cliente, sorrisi e cortesia, buon rapporto qualità/prezzo. ? Lo consiglio sicuramente e da tornarci se in zona. C'è anche qualche tavolino all'esterno sulla via pedonale del centro storico di Fano. Spero continuino così. Bravi ? Special restaurant where I tasted excellent and tasty fish dishes, certainly fresh. (Also try the land menu.) Inside nice soft environment, modernly furnished with style, with romantic background music, the dishes presented very well. Much attention to the customer, smiles and courtesy, good value for money. ? I would definitely recommend it and go back if in the area. There is also a few tables outside on the pedestrian street of the historic center of Fano. I hope they continue like this. Well done ?

Personale professionale, location interna di buon gusto, e se si è in due oserei definirla pure romantica. Torneremo questo autunno per degustare il menù di carne. Refined and tasty cuisine. The fish menu convinced us and we enjoyed it very, very well. Professional staff, tasteful interior location, and if there are two of you I would even dare to call it romantic. We will be back this fall to taste the meat menu.
