Presenta molto spazio per i parcheggi (a pagamento), quindi funzionale, e inoltre l'interno ospita tantissime iniziative e attività di ogni genere. È stata riutilizzata al meglio, soprattutto ora che è stata appena ristrutturata! It is located near the center of Novara, near the schools. Un modo tutto sommato positivo di riutilizzare uno spazio prezioso quale è un ampio cortile all'interno di una delle molte vecchie caserme, ora dismesse, che ospita Novara.
