Very poor quality, little attention, not to mention cleanliness. The work is started by one operator and finished by another ... within 2 days the color literally peels off. I will definitely not go back and I will not advise anyone. For such a high price indecent treatment!

Today for the first time I was in corso XXIII marzo in novara and I had a really good time very nice girls 2 hours and something flew, they made all the requests that I made them and they were Stra tender when the blood came out from the cuticles that worried I will be back very gladly thank you very much indeed you are really treasures❤❤

Bad experience, I went there only once and I will never go back. Shabby shop and embarrassing level of cleanliness starting from the ovens which are completely dirty and stained with enamel. As soon as you enter you are greeted by a stench of acrylic which is worse than a punch in the stomach, perhaps they have problems with the ventilation of the room. I have short nails used to semi-permanent, they literally milled my nail polish, destroying my nail and after only 4 days I had broken and chipped nails. It seems that the operators work by the piece, they focus everything on the quantity and not on the quality of the work. I give a star if I could I would give zero. Bad experience.

I would have so many things to say about this chain of stores that I would never finish. I only went to them in 2020, then after seeing certain behaviors I decided not to go there anymore. first of all, the girls who do the nails talk to each other about their colleagues and the owner in front of the customers, and this says a lot about what kind of environment it can be. among other things, I noticed that I'm not the only one who has happened to. they have a desire to work than for heaven's sake, better cut their veins. second thing, as soon as you enter they look at you from head to toe and if you are not as "pretty" as they make you with those faces and grimaces that make you want to take and go out. the jobs are not that great, I have been to them 5/6 times and on time I came home with bloody fingers because they literally tear your skin by adjusting the cuticles. on social media (instagram in particular) they do a lot of that coaxing to attract people, but then once you introduce yourself you understand that it's all smoke and no roast. correct people want to do a lot but then in the shop it is not that they behave very well, both among themselves as colleagues and as attitudes towards customers. they want to be seen humble but then in reality when you find them in front of you they are the classic girls who think they only have it. then for heaven's sake, some girls are very good and very humble, but let's say that whoever is above them is not at all as it is shown on social networks.

I've been fixing my hands for several months at NailBar. Young, well-prepared, kind and nice professionals work in Novara. I found myself particularly well with Immacolata in Corso XXIII Marzo, who gave me a truly perfect manicure, satisfying my every request, and with Chiara in Via Biglieri (now in Borgomanero), also really good, attentive and delicate. I am particularly fond of these two girls: it is clear that they have studied a lot and that their professionalism is flanked by a great passion for what they do ... this makes the difference, and people notice it! Having done a simple manicure with transparent reinforcing nail polish I don't feel like giving the maximum score since I could not see and evaluate more complex works (even just the duration of a semi-permanent). Surely the girl who treated me was available to advise me on various options to fortify the nails and answered other questions about treatments that in the Via 23 Marzo office do not do without wasting time calling the single number just for information! There is an air of cheerfulness and lightheartedness which, for us women, is essential when we manage to find even just half an hour for ourselves. Before entering they make sure that the customer is in possession of a valid greenpass and they make you wash your hands with soap and water before starting the treatment! I'll come back to try either the semi-permanent or the acrylic (which are the two options that they proposed to me)! Having just moved to Novara from Turin, I find that the prices are average.
