Einziges negative war, daß das Auto anschl. sehr staubig war. Large parking lot directly at the fortress with acceptable prices. Great view over the coast and up to Corsica! The only negative was that the car was very dusty afterwards.

V	Valerio Ortenzi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le stelle non sono per il parcheggio ovviamente, per quanto ben tenuto, ma per il panorama spettacolare che offrono il prato sotto le mura cittadine e soprattutto le panchine al di là della staccionata del parcheggio: d'estate il tramonto viene dopo l'orario di chiusura della torre, e stando oltre gli alberi quelle panchine diventano un punto di osservazione perfetto per l'incredibile spettacolo del tuffo nel Tirreno del sole. Bellissimo~ The stars are not for the parking obviously, however well maintained, but for the spectacular panorama offered by the lawn under the city walls and above all the benches beyond the parking fence: in summer the sunset comes after closing the tower, and standing beyond the trees those benches become a perfect observation point for the incredible show of the dip in the Tyrrhenian sun. Beautiful ~

La vista poi sia sul mare che sulla Rocca di Populonia è super bella. Super spacious parking, with a more than fair cost since there are not too many things to see nearby, so I think one euro per hour is more than feasible. The view of both the sea and the Rocca di Populonia is super beautiful.
