I am a heart patient and I went to the emergency room for an illness (fortunately not a serious result) I had while on a trip to the Abetone area. I found the staff to be very helpful and knowledgeable. A big thanks!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizi basici. Ma... sorpresa: risultati radiologici in tempo reale. C'è poco da aspettare. Una struttura come questa andrebbe ristrutturata a modo (e si potrebbe fare con pochi soldi davvero!) rendendola una "clinica" che opera sul territorio per anziani e per un primo soccorso. E' necessario ammodernare il "front office" perchè non è accettabile che in strutture di questo tipo la privacy non venga rispettata (e pure il personale a presidio degli ingressi va reso un po' più professionale e meno... paesà!).

It is necessary to modernize the "front office" because it is not acceptable that in structures of this type the privacy is not respected (and even the personnel guarding the entrances must be made a little more professional and less ... rural!).

It is 2 weeks and 3 trips to the cup to book a urine cytology exam for a cancer patient. There are no test tubes! This morning they told me that I am "in transit" !!!
