★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il post-vendita è FONDAMENTALE. Perdere la faccia per poco.
Ottimo prezzo, ottimo tutto, poi cadono sul diritto di recesso. Veloci a spedire, arriva il telefono, ma decido di avvalermi del diritto di recesso perchè semplicemente non mi piaceva. Restituisco il telefono tra l'altro con gli accessori intonsi e loro mi decurtano 15 euro sul rimborso perchè "il telefono è stato aperto". Sapete com'è, non si può ancora provare uno smartphone senza aprire la scatola. Amazon sarà sempre avanti.
Anche se doveste trovare ottimi prezzi, sarà poi impossibile ottenere l'intera somma indietro.
Inoltre, dopo aver visto molte recensioni negative riguardo la provenienza degli smartphone, ho fatto un rapido controllo dell'IMEI del dispositivo e ho verificato che il telefono è destinato al mercato OLANDESE, con evidente incongruenza con ciò che era scritto nell'inserzione ebay, dove a caratteri cubitali era scritto GARANZIA ITALIA.
Alcuni produttori non fanno distinzioni tra la garanzia italiana oppure Europa, ma altri si, come ad esempio Samsung.
Non dico che siano criminali, per carità.
Ma sicuramente un po' furbetti lo sono.

Great price, great everything, then fall on the right of withdrawal. Quick to ship, the phone arrives, but I decide to use the right of withdrawal because I simply didn't like it. I return the phone with other accessories and they deduct me 15 euros on the refund because "the phone has been opened". You know how it is, you can't yet try a smartphone without opening the box. Amazon will always be ahead.
Even if you find great prices, it will then be impossible to get the full amount back.
Also, after seeing many negative reviews about the origin of smartphones, I did a quick dell'IMEI control of the device and I verified that the telephone is intended for DUTCH market, with obvious inconsistency with what was written in the listing ebay, where in large letters GUARANTEE ITALY was written.
Some manufacturers do not distinguish between the Italian guarantee or Europe, but others do, such as Samsung.
I'm not saying they're criminals, for heaven's sake.
But surely I am a little crafty.

Acquistate altrove oppure sperate di non aver mai problemi con il telefono.
Sconsigliatissimi!
Spacciano telefoni con garanzia Italia poi cercando imei con casa madre non si sa da dove vengono.
They are not real professionals I bought a 9t mi for a few months and they stick to everything in order not to pass the warranty.
Buy elsewhere or hope you never have a problem with your phone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato un iphone nel novembre 2018 e in seguito ad un malfunzionamento del dispositivo ho contattato l'assistenza, essendo ancora in garanzia, per la riparazione.
Una volta che è stato ritirato il prodotto ho contattato settimanalmente l'assistenza per sapere se c'erano stati avanzanti sulla riparazione, ma in più di due mesi non sono MAI riusciti a darmi una risposta, alleviandomi il dolore di volta in volta dicendomi che avrebbero sollecitato il tecnico dando "massima priorità" al mio caso.
Avevo praticamente perso le speranze di ricevere il prodotto, e stavo già ipotizzando l'acquisto di un nuovo telefono.
I limiti di 40 giorni lavorativi riportati nel RDA (documento di reso) non sono stati assolutamente rispettati, in quanto l'iphone è stato ritirato il 3 settembre e nella prima settimana di novembre ancora non sapevano a che punto fosse la riparazione.
Inoltre, da ottobre in poi, il numero per parlare con l'operatore tecnico (numero 3) era disattivato. Insomma, non sapevo più a chi rivolgermi.
Infine, giustificandosì che la riparazione era "difficile" per la componente "particolare", mi hanno spedito un iphone (stesso modello) che non era nè nuovo, nè utilizzato (che cosa è?).
In conclusione, se non volete avere problemi di questo tipo, vi consiglio di affidarvi ai grandi retailer (Amazon, per dirne uno).
I bought an iphone in November 2018 and following a malfunction of the device I contacted the assistance, being still under warranty, for the repair.
Once the product was withdrawn I contacted the assistance weekly to find out if there had been progress on the repair, but in more than two months they have NEVER been able to give me an answer, relieving me from time to time by telling me that they would solicited the technician giving "top priority" to my case.
I had practically given up hope of receiving the product, and was already speculating about buying a new phone.
The limits of 40 working days reported in the RDA (return document) were absolutely not respected, as the iPhone was withdrawn on September 3 and in the first week of November they still did not know at what point the repair was.
Also, from October onwards, the number to speak to the technical operator (number 3) was disabled. In short, I no longer knew who to turn to.
Finally, justifying that the repair was "difficult" for the "particular" component, they sent me an iphone (same model) that was neither new nor used (what is it?).
In conclusion, if you do not want to have problems of this type, I recommend that you rely on large retailers (Amazon, for one thing).

Non offre la vera garanzia italiana, tra l'altro la loro è scadente o meglio, inesistente data la loro incompetenza, infine articoli con IMEI che provengono dal burundi. Vi racconto la mia esperienza, ho acquistato uno Xiaomi Mi 9T Pro a Febbraio. Qualche mese dopo lo smartphone ha iniziato a darmi problemi, lo mando in assistenza, lo tengono 2 settimane e me lo rispediscono dicendomi che è perfettamente funzionante. Il che fa' davvero ridere. Tecnici poco validi, assistenza post vendita scadente... SCONSIGLIATISSIMI
Stop! Stand still! Get away from this seller immediately. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ State lontani da questa "azienda"! ho comprato un telefono e dopo 4 mesi aveva già problemi..ci ho messo circa un mese ,e finalmente sono riuscito a contattarli ,mando il telefono in assistenza e dopo altri due mesi me lo rimandano indietro. Bene ora lo posso finalmente usare penso.. e invece no .. il cellulare si presentava con lo stesso identico difetto.MORALE Io ho buttato 250 euro e voi siete dei truffatori.
Stay away from this "company"! I bought a phone and after 4 months it already had problems .. it took me about a month, and finally I was able to contact them, I send the phone for assistance and after another two months they send it back to me. Well now I can finally use it I think .. but no .. the cell phone presented itself with the exact same defect.MORAL I threw 250 euros and you are scammers.
