★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho iniziato un corso di lingua tedesca nel 2020; poi hanno sospeso le lezioni durante il lockdown. Quando hanno deciso di riprendere i corsi non mi hanno assolutamente avvisato. Dopo alcuni mesi ho dovuto IO contattare la scuola per avere dei chiarimenti, tuttavia la segreteria dapprima mi ha riferito di non avere alcun corso in sospeso con me, solo in seguito, avendo io tenuto da parte la relativa ricevuta, sono riuscito a dimostrare e risolvere le pendenze in corso. A seguito di colloquio con il Direttore della scuola, egli mi ha redarguito in quanto io, cliente, avrei dovuto informarmi dell'avvenuta sospensione e ripresa delle lezioni, e non la scuola, la quale invece avrebbe dovuto prontamente avvisare tutti gli studenti della ripresa e delle modalità dei corsi nelle tempistiche da lei decise. A causa di questo disservizio mi sento di sconsigliare, decisamente, qualunque possibile cliente in quanto il servizio di segreteria della scuola è pessimo.
 I started a German language course in 2020; then they suspended classes during the lockdown. When they decided to resume the courses they absolutely did not warn me. After a few months I had to contact the school for clarification, however the secretariat at first told me that it did not have any pending course with me, only later, having kept aside the relative receipt, I was able to demonstrate and resolve the slopes in progress. Following an interview with the Director of the school, he scolded me that I, a client, should have informed me of the suspension and resumption of lessons, and not the school, which instead should have promptly informed all students of the resumption and of the modalities of the courses in the times she decided. Due to this disservice I feel I strongly advise against any possible customer as the school secretarial service is very bad.
