Qualified teachers, professional but at the same time kind and very nice; secretarial staff equally kind and helpful and attentive to every need.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sfortunatamente,io ed una mia amica non abbiamo avuto una bella esperienza con English Studio per i seguenti motivi:
a) La segretaria ci ha esplicitamente detto che,nel caso di disdetta all'ultimo minuto di una lezione per emergenza o malattia, non ci sarebbero state conseguenze (invece le lezioni ti vengono addebitate eccome, ma questo è il male minore).
b) L'insegnante spesso non correggeva i compiti, se non alcuni paragrafi, e non ci ha preparate a sufficienza per il PET.
c) La segretaria ci aveva detto che,in caso di aggiunta di ore extra di lezione , non era necessario riferirlo all'insegnante. Invece, dulcis in fundo, la nostra docente ci risponde:"dovevate informare anche la sottoscritta di questa vostra decisione. Io ho preparato il programma solo per un tot.di ore". Io e la mia amica, dopo questa dichiarazione, decidiamo di rivolgerci di nuovo alla segretaria e quest'ultima si giustifica dicendo che c'è stata un'incomprensione e che dovevamo aggiungere ulteriori soldi alla quota già versata per le ore aggiuntive.
Morale della favola? Tanti soldi spesi e preparazione pessima per l'esame finale.
Unfortunately, a friend of mine and I did not have a good experience with English Studio for the following reasons:
a) The secretary explicitly told us that, in case of cancellation of a lesson at the last minute due to an emergency or illness, there would be no consequences (instead the lessons are charged to you all right, but this is the lesser evil).
b) The teacher often did not correct the homework, if not a few paragraphs, and did not prepare us enough for PET.
c) The secretary had told us that, in case of adding extra hours of lessons, it was not necessary to report it to the teacher. Instead, last but not least, our teacher replies: "you also had to inform the undersigned of your decision. I only prepared the program for a total of hours". My friend and I, after this declaration, decide to turn to the secretary again and the secretary justifies herself by saying that there has been a misunderstanding and that we had to add more money to the fee already paid for the additional hours.
Moral of the story? A lot of money spent and bad preparation for the final exam.
