★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si sono rifiutati di applicarmi uno sconto che mi era stato inviato come regalo adducendo che fosse valido solo per gli acquisti online. Il medesimo sconto l'ho poi utilizzato in un altro negozio OVS (a Genova) senza alcun problema.
They refused to apply a discount that had been sent to me as a gift on the grounds that it was valid only for online purchases. I then used the same discount in another OVS shop (in Genoa) without any problem.

I spent over € 100 on clothes and the shop assistants didn't even bother to help me .... really bad service ....
