★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo acquistato un paio di scarpine per mio figlio , al ritorno a casa ci siamo accorti dei diversi numeri che ci avevano consegnato..tranquilli del cambio , ci siamo recati nuovamente allo store e ,con molta perplessità ,ci hanno risposto di non averne più di scarpine e nemmeno di rifornirle.
Morale della favola : personale moooolto scortese e poco professionale e prodotto inutilizzabile.Inoltre, richiesta rifiutata nel cambiare il prodotto difettato con altri capi.
Insomma un'esperienza bruttissima...Sconsigliabile
We bought a pair of shoes for my son, on returning home we noticed the different numbers that they had given us ... worry about the change, we went back to the store and, with great perplexity, they replied that they didn't have more than shoes and not even to supply them.
Moral of the story: veeery rude and unprofessional staff and unusable product. Also, request refused to exchange the defective product with other items.
In short, a very bad experience ... Not recommended
