La cosa fantastica è che il personale, gentilissimo, mi ha seguito passo passo per consigliarmi e al ritiro mi ha spiegato e mostrato il funzionamento assemblando il passeggino. Grazie di tutto. Consiglio vivamente, non solo per la gentilezza ma anche per la varietà di scelta dei prodotti esposti.
Fantastic experience, I bought the cybex priam with the cloud z egg and I must say that I am very satisfied with the product. The fantastic thing is that the staff, very kind, followed me step by step to advise me and at the withdrawal explained and showed me how it works by assembling the stroller. Thanks for everything. I highly recommend, not only for the kindness but also for the variety of choice of products on display.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato da loro un trio Junama arrivato imballato in perfette condizioni e tutti i pezzi del trio in ottimo stato senza nessun tipo di segno, ringrazio il titolare e il ragazzo delle addette vendite dove abitando a 500 km di distanza mi hanno fatto videochiamate e chiamate per mostrarmi il prodotto prima del acquisto, per me i migliori di Napoli e provincia ?
I bought from them a Junama trio arrived packaged in perfect condition and all the pieces of the trio in excellent condition without any kind of sign, I thank the owner and the guy from the sales staff where, living 500 km away, they made me video calls and calls for show me the product before buying, for me the best in Naples and its province ?

Inoltre senza alcun rispetto verso la clientela in quanto con mascherina abbassata al mento anche a seguito di sollecito. Sconsigliato.
Negative experience, sales clerk totally interested in selling only one brand, rough explanations and arrogant attitude. Furthermore, with no respect towards customers as with the mask lowered to the chin even after a reminder. Not recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vergognoso, un trio pagato una cifra abbastanza alta quindi presumibilmente di buona qualità ha deluso in pochi attimi tutte le aspettative soprattutto per una gestione pessima a mio parere del personale. Elenco di seguito tutti i disagi
1 personale poco professionale e disattento.
2 navetta cucita al momento
3 mancanza di viti prese al momento da trio in esposizione
4 capote dell'ovetto con parti metalliche addirittura arrugginite scambiando il colore anche al tessuto.mi reco al negizio per cambio capote la risposta della commessa è la seguente (mica possiamo controllare quello che esce)
Alla domanda del perché non l'abbia tornato in dietro (solo per necessita)
Cmq questa recensione e' atta a far aprire bene gli occhi ai prossimi acquirenti
Shamefully, a trio paid a fairly high sum so presumably of good quality in a few moments disappointed all expectations especially for a very bad management in my opinion of the staff. List below all the inconveniences
1 unprofessional and inattentive staff.
2 shuttle sewn at the moment
3 lack of screws currently taken by trio on display
4 hood of the egg with metal parts even rusty exchanging the color also to the fabric.
Asked why he didn't go back (just out of necessity)
Anyway this review is designed to open the eyes of the next buyers
