★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho visitato molte volte questo negozio e ci torno ogni volta con piacere .
Una cosa che ho notato io, ma anche molte mie amiche , che tutt la merce e' sempre tutto in ordine, il personale e' cordiale e disponibile, specialmente da quando e' cambiata la direttrice.
Ci tornero' presto.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oggi sono andata a fare un cambio di tanti vestitini per neonati ,acquistati in un altro negozio ovs che non aveva assortimento per cambiare la merce acquistata è mi sono recata al punto ovs del centro commerciale azzurro ed ho trovato una cassiera gentilissima a cui non ho chiesto il nome ha dovuto fare un lavoraccio poverina ma è stata molto paziente.Gentilezza e cortesia sono alla base .Grazie mille signorina con il caschetto

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trovo davvero apprezzabile l'ordine e pulizia di questa attività in particolare, frequento spesso negozi della catena ovs e nella maggior parte dei casi sono confusionari e disordinati nell'esposizione. In questo punto vendita è un piacere entrare soprattutto per la gentilezza e disponibilità del personale e la loro cura nel far trovare nessun capo fuori posto.

Tutti i vestitini si presentavano ben conservati nella scatola con apposito scontrino per eventuali cambi. Complimenti per la professionalità e l'ottima qualità che tale brand mostra da sempre?

Entrata con il mio ragazzo per acquistare degli ombretti di Make up revolution quando sentiamo con voce arrabbiata e ad alta voce quasi urlare:" La mascherinaa", il mio fidanzato che aveva dimenticato di indossarla la mette scusandosi, la ragazza che stava sistemando le felpe dopo questo richiamo continua ad urlarci contro che se non ci conveniva potevamo anche uscire dal negozio tutto questo senza un valido motivo, ho preferito uscire ma la ragazza non era in sè ha continuato.
Assurdo non mi era mai capitata una cosa del genere, eppure sono già stata in quel negozio per acquistare sempre prodotti di Make up revolution e non ho avuto di questi problemi, se hai un malumore mia cara resta a casa perchè fai perdere clienti ad un negozio oppure se non sai trattare con il pubblico cambia mansione.
Capisco il richiamo infatti ne aveva tutto il diritto, ma cacciarci urlando dopo aver indossato la mascherina e le scuse mi sembra assurdo e surreale.
Non andrò mai più lì.
Preferisco spendere soldi in più per la spedizione o cambiare negozio piuttosto che ritornarci.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo viviamo in una città dove le persone vengono sfruttate e spesso capita che i dipendenti siano abbastanza stressati per le molte ore di lavoro e il basso compenso, tutto questo è comprensibile, ciò non toglie che i tuoi motivi personali vadano ad interferire con il lavoro che stai svolgendo. Mi riferisco alla ragazza che lavora li se non hai voglia o sei troppo stressata puoi anche restare a casa nessuno ti obbliga a restare li, non puoi metterti a litigare con i clienti che entrano in negozio per acquistare.
Spero vengano presi provvedimenti per questa ragazza sgarbata, altrimenti perderete molti clienti.
