★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Metto una stella perché zero non si possono mettere! Sono stato stamattina per effettuare un cambio ed un ragazzo, in modo molto scortese,mi dice che nel fine settimana non si effettuano. Quindi chi lavora non puo mai effettuare cambi in un secondo momento mi danno l’opportunità di cambiarlo e mi fanno scegliere un’altro capo..... dopo di che mi informano che non si poteva effettuare più il cambio perché il capo che avevo tornato era rotto. Io non l’avevo mai indossato quindi è stata solo una scusa per non effettuare il cambio Scomsigliatissimo!!!!NON CI TORNERÒ PIÙ!!!!
I put a star because zero cannot be put! I was this morning to make a change and a guy, in a very rude way, tells me that at the weekend they don't take place. So those who work can never make changes at a later time they give me the opportunity to change it and make me choose another garment ..... after which they inform me that the change could not be made anymore because the garment I had returned it was broken. I had never worn it before so it was just an excuse not to make the change Scomsigliatissimo !!!!

Vado per effettuare un cambio e la signora addetta non mi cambia la felpa perché di quella linea di felpe ha terminato tutto e non saprebbe cosa farsene. Con arroganza e maleducazione quasi mi ride in faccia. Super sconsigliato, spendete i vostri soldi in negozi che meritano.
I would like to give zero stars but it is not possible. I go to make a change and the lady in charge does not change my sweatshirt because she has finished everything with that line of sweatshirts and would not know what to do with it. With arrogance and rudeness he almost laughs in my face. Super not recommended, spend your money in shops that deserve it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato una borsa che in vetrina costava €45 ma in realtà ne costava €59,purtroppo avevo già pagato con carta di credito,altrimenti la borsa l'avrei lasciata in negozio. Personale scortese e arrogante.
I bought a bag that cost € 45 in the window but actually cost € 59, unfortunately I had already paid by credit card, otherwise I would have left the bag in the shop. Rude and arrogant staff.
