OVS

It was a NIGHTMARE!!! We 've been to OVS the last day of our holidays, just to spend all of our money to buy clothes for us and for gifts. The stuff was extremly RUDE and i was looking for 25 minutes to find one person of the stuff to bring me the right size. When i finally found the manager (man, i couldnt see his name) i ask him to help me and he was so RUDE and not helping, so i have to find another person to help. Then there was another 2 guys but they couldnt go to check If my size were avaliable. We stay in this unfriendly place for 50 MINUTES!!! and of course they couldnt help me!! The other manager (she was very friendly and i think she is the only one who was profesional) try to change our opinion and offer us a discount, but it was to late!! I cant imagine why the company allow this mess, specific why this male manager work in this position!!! Sorry OVS, you lose about 300€ and you will not see us again!!

Big store with reasonable prices. Good place to buy clothing for kids and famiy. Ample choices are available, few item are always on good discounted rates.

Fairly good selection. Reasonably priced makeup with a lot variety. Deal at the time for any 2 shirts get a 3rd for 1 euro.

Very good for all age clothes shopping. Good variety and placed well and categorically. One less star as there was no sitting to sit for mothers with small baby or elderly people. Otherwise all good and would love to visit again :)

One star only because I can't give 0. It's bad enough that you can't return clothes, and you have to exchange them instead - at least in other stores, the staff is polite and helpful. First time around, the staff was rude, did not acknowledge you no matter what you told them (not even a good morning or thank you back, let alone actual help). We then went to change some clothes, swap them for another item since they don't accept returns. The staff there consisted of just one girl; I understand, things can be hectic and hey, you might hate your job. But you still have to do it. Store was practically empty, yet we had to beg her for her attention for a single question. When we finally got to the till, she told us we still needed to add a few items because they were all on discount, so we still hadn't reached the amount. That was fine, we told her we'd be back in a minute, since none of the items mentioned the price after the discount, so we had to calculate it ourselves. She actually got frustrated at that (we did apologise and ask politely for a minute, even though it was not our fault), she was rude and talked to us like we were idiots, and that we were wasting her time. Then after we left, we checked the bag and realised she didn't put a ring in. We went back and told her, showing her the receipt, so she could simply add it (it was still at the till next to her). She said it was our problem, acted like the ring was nowhere to be found, and refused to cooperate. There was no one else in the store, and honestly we had wasted so much time already and had ruined our day, that we told her she could keep the 3 euros, and we just left. Of course it's not the 3 euros, but the damn PRINCIPLE!

The make up shelves were all empty. No assistant came to help although I was literally asking from the cass. And when I go to the cass to ask she was rude and angry. Was really disappointed ☹️

God into the store buy a chance. It was pouring rain and our bust stop in front of that store. We end up buying few work shirts my wife got some dresses and clothes to the kids prices were very cheap and close seem to be very nice

Good place to buy eye liners, lips glosses, eye shadows and other cosmetics. They sell also clothes, beach wear and a bit of everything for the house and body care. Cheaper than at the Rinascente if you don't mind the brands and the signatures. It is located in Via del Tritone not far from Piazza Barberini.
