Vi volevo raccontare le Mie diete .
In tutta la mia vita, credetemi né ho fatte tante.
Naturalmente , sempre seguita da nutrizioniste , tutto pesato ,1200 calorie.
E dopo purtroppo non sono mai riuscita ad tenere il mantenimento.
3 mesi fa, mi sono rimessa in gioco , mi avevano consigliato di provare il centro dimagrimento overclas.e ho detto va bene ci provo.... Sinceramente ero un scettica.ma non potevo continuare così con un peso di 86 kl.basta!!!!ho fatto un colloquio,e ci ho creduto fin da subito.dalle domande ché mi hanno fatto.credetemi in 3 mesi sono dimagrita ben,8,4 ,senza nessun problema, mangiando,senza pesare niente,.senza fare sport, che le diete ché ho fatto, sé non facevo sport non dimagrivo ... Facevo molto fatica.
Credetemi provate ,provate . né sono entusiasta.
E felicissima .e soprattutto le signore che mi seguono sono molto professionali.super super fantastici !!!!! Un ultima cosa ,la signr.che mi ha fatto il colloquio ,mi ha chiesto se avevo un obbiettivo , è le ho detto di sì.vorrei arrivare ad una taglia 44.e lei mi rispose ci arriverai .
