★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contattati telefonicamente di Lunedì mattina dopo che domenica sera avevano inserito un annuncio di una GS 1250. Risponde una signorina che mi fa una sorta di accoglienza e mi passa un venditore. Il venditore mi descrive la moto alchè dico di volerla comprare ma che mi servirebbe un dettaglio fotografico per stare tranquillo che non vi siano righe sui cerchi (dalle foto online sembrava così). Mi passa un ragazzo il quale prende il mio cellulare per mandarmi le foto su whatsapp appena sarebbe riuscito.
Passa la giornata e niente, la mattina di martedì richiamo: "Si gliele stiamo mandando...10 minuti". Niente foto.
Faccio stessa cosa mercoledì ma questa volta, nel pomeriggio le foto arrivano. Rispondo su whatsapp e confermo di voler comprare la moto e di dirmi se mi includevano il passaggio nei 18.800€: "le dico subito".
Nessuna risposta malgrado le altre mie 3 telefonate nella giornata di Giovedì.
Venerdì richiamo nella mattina e sollecito nuovamente e questi quasi scocciati che stavo insistendo. Nessun ricontatto.
Venerdì pomeriggio richiamo e mi dicono che le moto era stata venduta nel pomeriggio.
PESSIMI...DA EVITARE COME LA PESTE.
 Contacted by phone on Monday morning after Sunday evening they had placed an ad for a GS 1250. A young lady answers and gives me a kind of welcome and a salesman passes me by. The seller describes the bike to me and I say I want to buy it but that I would need a photographic detail to be sure that there are no lines on the rims (it looked like this from the online photos). A guy passes me and takes my cell phone to send me photos on whatsapp as soon as he could.
The day goes by and nothing, on Tuesday morning I call: "Yes, we are sending them ... 10 minutes". No photo.
I do the same thing on Wednesday but this time, in the afternoon the photos arrive. I answer on whatsapp and confirm that I want to buy the bike and tell me if they included the passage in the 18,800 €: "I'll tell you right away".
No answer despite my other 3 phone calls on Thursday.
Friday I call back in the morning and remind me again and these almost annoyed that I was insisting. No re-contact.
Friday afternoon I call back and they tell me that the bikes had been sold in the afternoon.
BAD ... TO AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.

From the very start, they have been extremely helpful and friendly. I was given next day service & a scooter for the day.
The speed of the work done, the quality and the personal service were all exemplary. The only thing that was not Over The Top was the cost. Great prices. Best value for money I've ever had from any garage, all over Europe.
