Per prenotare una visita basterebbero 5 minuti senza bisogno di prendere permessi a lavoro, auto ed altro! Invece si è costretti ad andare al centro personalmente quando si potrebbero evitare file inutili.
Vogliamo migliorare sto servizio?
The administration staff have not answered the phone for years.
To book a visit it would take 5 minutes without having to take work, car and other permits! Instead you are forced to go to the center personally when you could avoid unnecessary files.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Peccato per il personale addetto all'accoglienza! Forse il direttore generale dovrebbe prestare più attenzione ai suoi collaboratori.. Ovviamente non è da fare tutta un'erba un fascio, ma un paio di loro sono veramente maleducati. Oggi ho assistito ad una scena veramente pietosa..
Un vero peccato perché potrebbe essere un centro valido.. Ci sono dottori bravi come il dott C.
Too bad for the reception staff! Maybe the general manager should pay more attention to his co-workers. Obviously it's not a bad thing, but a couple of them are really rude. Today I witnessed a truly pitiful scene ..
A real shame because it could be a good center .. There are good doctors like Dr. C.
