Febbrai 2021 provavo a contattarli più volte per un ricambio e mi rispondevano che erano impegnati e che dovevo richiamare...
Dopo diverse telefonate il giorno 26-02-21 mi chiesero di inviare una e-mail con richiesta e foto.
Non avendo ricevuto nessuna risposta neppure per telefono, il 02-03-21 inviavo altra e-mail di sollecito senza nessuna risposta.
Oggi 10-03-2022 dopo oltre un anno provo a contattare per telefono ma nessuna riposta.
Pessimo servizio da non consigliare a nessuno.
Non fidatevi assolutamente!!!!!!
09/02/2016 I bought a new Bears forage harvester
In February 2021 I tried to contact them several times for a replacement and they replied that they were busy and that I had to call back ...
After several phone calls on 26-02-21 they asked me to send an e-mail with request and photos.
Not having received any response even by phone, on 02-03-21 I sent another reminder e-mail without any response.
Today 10-03-2022 after more than a year I try to contact by phone but no answer.
Bad service not to be recommended to anyone.
Do not trust absolutely !!!!!!
