I ordered an item online with bank transfer payment, as soon as I received the goods that arrived in one day they shipped. All very easy.
I also had the opportunity to speak to the staff to ask for information and I was served in a courteous way and I appreciated a smiling availability.

I've had nothing but a good experience with Outsider Shop and my orders always arrive within a few days of ordering. It's the only shop in Europe that I can buy Hoka One One apparel and I hope they get some more new stock in soon. Special shout out to Francesco who has been top notch on service! 5 stars from me and will always be a loyal customer!! ??????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although they didn't have a thing that I wanted to buy, the place is good to check out while missing some of outdoor stuff during holidays. One star lower for confusing parking rules. You can park next to the shop, but you have to pass the entry prohibition sign? I don't get it.
