★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was staying in the area and on my last day had a mechanical issue with my front Di2 deraileur, I brought the bike into the store at 330PM while a TDF Pyrenees stage was on. I received friendly service from a handsome young guy who spoke great English which was convenient. He took a look and asked if I was able to come back in an hour. I went back to my accommodation and finished watching the stage then returned around 6PM to pick up my now crisp shifting bike. I was charged a very reasonable fee as well, couldn't be happier. Grazie Torto Cicli?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service from this shop. I hired a Bianchi road bike for 2 days - very easy to arrange, even at short notice, made much easier as the guy spoke very good English. The bike was high quality, and with lovely roads to ride on in the Langhe hills, I couldn't have asked for more. Thanks very much.

We rented the e-bikes - quality is extra and prices are reasonable.
Family-run business. The son served us, and we were amazed with - willingness to help (recommended an app for a 37 kilometers tour in the wine region of Barbaresco which worked out perfectly, set up our bikes for comfort - seats and bags), & flexibility.

Although it was very crowded, they had a huge amount of repairs and we came unannounced they could do a temporary fix in between there work so we could enjoy the rest of our vacation. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very helpful staff. We rented two e-bikes for two days and a third e-bike for one of the days. The bikes were good quality mountain bikes that also rode well on roads (our intended use, but we ended up trying them on some rougher terrain too).
