La consegna arrivata perfettamente integra dall corriere senza alcune botte o rottura imballo .prima dì pagare ill prodotti ho chiamato azienda che o domandato se tutto e cosi come prezzo e qualita prodotti dalle descrizione e foto e sono stato assicurato dall venditore tutto OK.venditore a ricevuto soldi ma io ricevuto un prodotto con tanti difetti e pagando spedizione venditore risponde così mandarmi in dietro prodotto che cambiamo sempre trasporto a carico mio perché la legge e così sostiene venditore. Ma torniamo in dietro prima dell acquistò ,avevo domandato all venditore se prodotto e così come da foto,lui si si tutto OK. Come e possibile adesso che pago nuovamente trasporto andata ritorno a spese mio carico quando lui manda prodotti non come descrizione e foto prodotti e lui titolare cosi dice ..e cosi la legge. Normalmente e giustamente dovrebbe chiedere scusa alle lamentele da mia parte e mandare corriere a suo carica perché a sbagliato lui e non io a pagare di nuovo trasporto e chi sa che non arriva un altro prodotto peggio prima . Alla fine dopo una bella litigata venditore decide a ritirare con suo coriere e dopo rimborso soldi.dopo chi sa come andrà!!! ma trasporto che ho pagato ? Tutti questi problemi infiniti.stati lontani qui ce poca serietà e prodotti non come descrizione e foto Very bad experience. Tidy table and chairs, not at all not like the photos from the site. Partiamo dalla fine: consegna, montaggio e assistenza post vendita sono perfetti, ogni pezzo difettato all'origine e stato sostituito tempestivamente. A distanza di un anno ho avuto un problemino col letto a cassettone, sostituito l'intero telaio gratuitamente e in tempi rapidi. Quando ho deciso di arredare casa sono stato consigliato in ogni aspetto, tenendo conto di qualità, estetica e praticità. Anche i cconsigli nella scelta del tipo di arredamento e nella tipologia di arredi sono stati apprezzatissimi. In definitiva servizio super, professionalità al top e mobili belli e di ottima qualità. P.S.: quando ho venduto l'appartamento arredato nel 2006 i mobili erano ancora impeccabili! E il divano dopo 13 anni lo sto ancora utolizzando!! Azienda consigliatissima!
