★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DELUSIONE. Ho comprato una cucina scavolini una madlene, con top in quarzo nero. Ho speso una cifra, a distanza di poco tempo:
1. La cappa in legno si è aperta con il calore,
2. Il top si è graffiato con un semplice coltello,
3.Tre sedie su 6 accidentalmente sono cadute, visti i bambini in casa ela parte dello schienale lesionatosi e si sono staccati del pezzi.
4. Le grigliette della cappa evidentemente difettate non si agganciano bene e per diverse volte sono finite nel cibo facendosi a a pezzi.
ESPERIENZA PESSIMA. CONSIDERATA CHE TRATTASI DI SCAVOLINI!
Ma la cosa sconcertante è che non solo ho avvisato e chiesto delucidazioni, sia per telefono per messaggi e per MAIL e nessuno dell'azienda si è degnato neanche di farmi una chiamata, o rispondere alla segnalazione considerata la cifra considerevole spesa. Tanta Cortesia e disponibilità ante vendita e menefreghismo e superficialità estremo post, che denota scarsa professionalità!
DISAPPOINTMENT. I bought a kitchen scavolini a madlene, with black quartz top. I spent a sum, after a short time:
1. The wooden hood opened with heat,
2. The top was scratched with a simple knife,
3.Three out of 6 chairs accidentally fell due to the children in the house and part of the back being damaged and parts broke off.
4. The obviously defective hood grids do not hang well and several times they ended up in the food, breaking apart.
WORST EXPERIENCE. CONSIDERING THAT IT IS A SCAVOLINI!
But the disconcerting thing is that not only did I notify and ask for clarification, both by phone for messages and by MAIL and no one in the company even deigned to make me a call, or answer the report considering the considerable amount spent. A lot of courtesy and availability before sale and indifference and extreme post superficiality, which denotes poor professionalism!
