Alla fine dopo aver dato le misure, mi hanno liquidata immediatamente dicendomi che mi avrebbero chiamata o mandato una mail con il preventivo! Ovviamente non ho mai ricevuta la chiamata, ne il preventivo per mail! E pensare che mi serviva anche la cucina! Non mi vedranno più! AH DIMENTICAVO.. PERSONALE PESSIMO! "offriamo solo prodotti bla bla bla" Risultato: cucina montata molto bene e bella esteticamente. Peccato per l'assistenza ricevuta post montaggio quando abbiamo chiesto delle verifiche sul piano in quarzo che presenta dei segni evidenti ed il lavandino non rifinito. Dopo mesi e rimbalzi vari, che nemmeno nei centri di arredamento a basso costo, ci rispondono che il piano "è cosi, sono normali difetti di produzione". Per il prezzo pagato, non mi aspettavo questo tipo di atteggiamento; se il difetto fosse davvero di "ordinaria produzione", in fase di acquisto, il venditore doveva avvisarci. "we only offer bla bla bla products" Result: kitchen fitted very well and aesthetically beautiful. Too bad for the assistance received after assembly when we asked for checks on the quartz worktop which has obvious signs and the sink is not finished. After months and various rebounds, which not even in low-cost furniture centers, we are told that the plan "is like this, are normal production defects". For the price paid, I did not expect this kind of attitude; if the defect was really of "ordinary production", in the phase of purchase, the seller had to warn us.

Filippo, il referente con il quale ci siamo interfacciati, ha dimostrato grande gentilezza, professionalità (e pazienza) nel recepire il nostro progetto e le nostre aspettative, producendo un'ipotesi molto bella, addirittura migliore di quella che avevamo in mente. Quando si entra in negozio ci si sente "presi in carico", dall'inizio alla fine. Esperienza molto positiva senza dubbio. We recently bought the kitchen. Filippo, the contact person with whom we interfaced, showed great kindness, professionalism (and patience) in accepting our project and our expectations, producing a very beautiful hypothesis, even better than the one we had in mind. When you enter the shop you feel "taken care of", from start to finish. Very positive experience without a doubt.

Prezzi stellari e poca sostanza, abbiamo acquistato una cucina grande e importante, propongono un pacchetto di elettrodomestici ( che alla fine diventa un vincolo ) che non è affatto soddisfacente, nel montaggio ci ritroviamo con una lavastoviglie vecchio stile e richiediamo una sostituzione (ovviamente ci comunicano che il cambio avverrà solo se aggiungiamo dei soldi, cosa che per principio non abbiamo assolutamente fatto!) ad oggi solo dopo 8 mesi mi ritrovo con frigorifero rumorosissimo e forno mal funzionante. Nel montaggio ci accorgiamo che un’anta è visibilmente rovinata.. mandiamo subito la foto e la richiesta di sostituzione e ci viene detto che entro 2 mesi avremo l’anta nuova. Ad oggi dopo ben 8 mesi stiamo ancora aspettando la sostituzione. Abbiamo scelto veneta cucine perché volevamo il massimo!!!! Parliamo di una cucina di 25.000 € Sicuramente bravissimi nella vendita!! BAD .. During assembly we realize that a door is visibly damaged .. we immediately send the photo and the request for replacement and we are told that within 2 months we will have the new door. To date, after 8 months we are still waiting for the replacement. We chose veneta cucine because we wanted the best !!!! We are talking about a kitchen of € 25,000 Certainly very good at selling !!
