poor "leather" quality of the sofas, after 1 year he peeled. I don't recommend it. they declined the warranty saying it was only valid for 1 year

I miei genitori che hanno una certa età vivono della loro piccola pensione hanno fatto salti mortali per comprarsi il materasso che avrebbe dato piccoli benefici se solo gli avrebbero venduto quello scelto e nn un altro il giorno dopo che sono andati in negozio per capire come mai questo materasso che gli hanno venduto nn era nemmeno presente quindi cosa vendete da catalogo ?? Fate provare dei materassi e poi mandate a casa della povera gente altri ?? E poi cambiate il personale perché nn tutti nascono per relazionarsi con le persone a mai più .....
Really bad !!! My parents who are of a certain age live off their small pension and have jumped over their heads to buy the mattress that would have given them little benefits if they would only sell the one they had chosen and not another one the day after they went to the store to understand why mattress that they sold nn was not even present so what do you sell from the catalog ?? Do you try mattresses and then send other poor people home? And then change the staff because everybody is born to relate to people to never again .....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci sono eccome nei Vs clienti,ho comprato 2 materassi per me e per i miei genitori,li ho super pagati, sono pesantissimi e ci dormiamo male,i cuscini sono ottimi ma non me li hanno dati come li avevo chiesti.
There are certainly in your customers, I bought 2 mattresses for me and my parents, I paid them super, they are very heavy and we sleep badly, the pillows are excellent but they did not give them to me as I asked for them.
