Poi non parliamo dell'assistenza, pari a zero, mi reco nel punto vendita di Foggia, dove hanno preso i soldini, mi dicono CHIAMA bari, ho avuto rapporti con loro e io devo barcamenarmi tra telefonate e prese in giro ogni 10 giorni. Ma parliamo del divano, qualità che mi ha deluso, il venditore che ha OMESSO di informarci che il divano è in 3 parti, infatti si muove tutto, il bracciolo sx tutto schiacciato per il trasporto, SCONSIGLIATISSIMO, neanche il nome è rimasto, sai che figure all'estero! Cambiate mentalità che il fallimento è dietro l'angolo. Purchased sofa on January 12, 2020, delivered on June 26, 2020. I understand the covid but 5 months for a sofa is INCONCEPTIBLE. Tralaltro ci hanno regalato due cuscini per i disagi procurati dalla loro organizzazione, ma è passato un anno intero e dei cuscini nessuna traccia. Vergognoso.. Sconsigliatissimo.
