I had unexpected guests and I was able to solve this unexpected situation by purchasing a beautiful sofa bed from Chateau d'Ax delivered to me in a very short time; of excellent quality, with a REAL comfortable mattress inside, at an incredible price. A special thanks goes to Luca, the guy who accompanied me in the purchase, advising and supporting me with a kindness and professionalism that are rare these days.

Francesca è stata una persona molto premurosa e competente sia nella fase di scelta e sia nel post vendita. Oltre a ciò, la qualità di quanto abbiamo comprato e davvero rispondente alla realtà, comodi i davani e le sedie, tavolo allungabile ottimo e letto straordianario. Dopo aver temporeggiato la decisione di acquisto ,siamo stati invitati nuovamente al negozio dal gentile Luca, che ci ha indirizzato con molta professionalità verso il nostro acquisto. Pienamente soddisfatti , ritorneremo sicuramente per altri acquisti.
We purchased a beautiful Nicaragua model table at the Chateau d'Ax in Foggia. After delaying the purchase decision, we were invited back to the shop by the kind Luca, who directed us towards our purchase with great professionalism. Fully satisfied, we will certainly return for other purchases.

Mi sono recata due volte in negozio, ed ho trovato un venditore, Pasquale, gentile, competente e disponibile, non invadente, molto molto empatico. Avevo girato altri negozi simili, ma la scelta è ricaduta non solo sulla qualità, non solo sulla fantastica soluzione propostami, ma mi ha convinta Pasquale perché è stato capace di dare risposta ad ogni nostro dubbio. I tempi di consegna sono stati anche più brevi rispetto al previsto, anche coloro che hanno effettuato la consegna sono stati garbati e puliti, lasciandomi la casa senza residui di imballaggio.
Sono davvero felice della scelta fatta
I bought a fantastic and very comfortable leather sofa, and an armchair. I went to the shop twice, and I found a salesman, Pasquale, kind, competent and helpful, not intrusive, very very empathetic. I had toured other similar shops, but the choice fell not only on the quality, not only on the fantastic solution proposed to me, but Pasquale convinced me because he was able to answer all our doubts. Delivery times were also shorter than expected, even those who made the delivery were polite and clean, leaving the house with no packaging residue.
I am really happy with the choice made
