★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo acquistato un letto contenitore in questo negozio. Il personale è disponibile e preparato anche se non rispettano i tempi di consegna pattuiti. Il letto lo abbiamo pagato 298,00 eiro compreso di trasporto e montaggio. Quindi se vi servono mobili economici ma di gradevole aspetto qui troverete tutte le soluzioni.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza pessima ma per il servizio clienti in fase di montaggio.... Il montaggio di 2pensili di una cucina non è stato effettuato poiché nella stessa direzione c'erano 2canaline elettriche e nessuno si è assunto la responsabilità del montaggio e ipotetici danni nel mio appartamento(neanche spostando i tasselli di montaggio). 1000chiamate nel frattempo da parte dei consulenti all'operaio addetto al montaggio, che denunciava il problema e me per avere conferme sul da farsi (eravamo nello stesso posto).... Alla fine la mia cucina a fine montaggio si presenta così con cappa e pensile smontate perché nessuno si è assunto la responsabilità di farlo e un top ammaccato da sostituire. Esperienza pessima a causa di regole aziendali veramente assurde verso chi ci lavora soprattutto nelle fasi di Montaggio... L'unica cosa favorevole di questa esperienza è stata la consulente del punto vendita Ylenia p ragazza gentile ed educata, è riuscita a creare, rispondendo ad ogni mia richiesta e necessità, la cucina dei miei sogni... Peccato che in realtà l'esperienza è stata un incubo... Attenderò 1 mese e mezzo per avere un top, poi lavandino graffiato poi cassetti che non scorrono bene e si incastrano, poi fascia sotto che è esterna alla struttura e non nascosta non aderendo bene e essendo stata tagliata a mano.... Spero ci sarà un finale a questa situazione
Bad experience but for customer service during assembly .... The assembly of 2 kitchen utensils was not carried out as there were 2 electrical channels in the same direction and no one took responsibility for the assembly and hypothetical damage in my apartment (not even by moving the mounting blocks). 1000 calls in the meantime from the consultants to the assembly worker, who reported the problem and me to confirm what to do (we were in the same place) .... In the end my kitchen at the end of the assembly looks like this with hood and wall unit dismantled because no one has taken the responsibility to do so and a dented top to replace. Bad experience due to really absurd business rules towards those who work there especially in the assembly phases ... The only favorable thing about this experience was the consultant of the store Ylenia p, kind and polite girl, she managed to create my every request and need, the kitchen of my dreams ... Too bad that in reality the experience was a nightmare ... I will wait 1 month and a half to have a top, then a scratched sink, then drawers that do not slide well and fit together , then the band underneath which is external to the structure and not hidden, not adhering well and having been cut by hand .... I hope there will be an ending to this situation

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zero stelle. Esperienza pessima..Sono circa cinque mesi che aspetto la consegna della mia cucina, e a tutt'oggi buio totale. Mi chiama una ragazza, dopo diversi solleciti e mi dice finalmente che l'indomani, pochi giorni fa mi avrebbero servito, ma ecco che a due ore dalla consegna mi dicono che è arrivato un pensile difettoso, mi propone la consegna, ma io rifiuto, inoltre al punto vendita di Foggia presso mongolfiera, il giorno dopo, la ragazza mi dice che le sedie non sono disponibili, ma che saranno consegnate verso la fine di agosto...mi dice che mi avrebbe chiamato perché era disponibile altra tinta...mi raccomanda di rispondere perché sarebbe comparsa come anonima, ma a tutt'oggi non ho ricevuto alcuna telefonata....Mai più. Una esperienza del tipo Mai in vita mia, anzi se qualcuno mi sa dire se posso annullare il contratto mi farebbe un grande piacere..Grazie a chi mi leggerà...??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se si potessero mettere zero stelle le metterei. Schifo più totale! Scegli un prodotto e loro scrivono un altro tipo di prodotto,una persona non essendo competente si fida. E invece tempi di attesa lunghi, e poi prodotto sbagliato! E non puoi nemmeno fare tanto perché Il prodotto è quello che hanno scritto, ma non quello che volevo! Hanno fatto così con la camera da letto, dando un'altra testiera del letto, e sul materiale e colore delle sedie. NON COMPRATE DA MONDO CONVENIENZA. spendi poco meno, ma il servizio è pessimo, e non c'è professionalità tra i dipendenti!! Dovrebbero licenziarli e far lavorare chi ne capisce!
If you could put zero stars I would put them. Total disgust! You choose a product and they write another type of product, a person not being competent trusts. Instead, long waiting times, and then the wrong product! And you can't even do much because the product is what they wrote, but not what I wanted! They did so with the bedroom, giving another headboard, and on the material and color of the chairs. DO NOT BUY FROM WORLD CONVENIENCE. you spend a little less, but the service is bad, and there is no professionalism among the employees !! They should fire them and make those who understand them work!

Abbiamo avuto un'esperienza eccellente con i vostri operatori mi riferisco al gruppo 7083 con Giovanni e Anass e al gruppo 4296 con Sergio e Mohamed.
