★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prodotto arrivato in perfetto stato, persona al telefono molto gentile e disponibile l'unico neo il corriere BRT l'ho aspettato tutto il gg come da loro comunicazione e dopo averli chiamati il gg successivo mi hanno risposto "indirizzo inesistente " ....balle... nome mio sia sul campanello che sulla cassetta postale....è già la seconda volta che, solo con loro ,mi rispondono così ,(evidentemente non passano) spero che se avrò bisogno per quanto mi riguarda cambiate corriere!
Product arrived in perfect condition, person on the phone very kind and helpful the only drawback the BRT courier I waited all day as per their communication and after calling them the next day they replied "non-existent address" .... bales ... my name both on the doorbell and on the mailbox .... it is already the second time that, only with them, they answer me like this, (evidently they do not pass) I hope that if I need to change courier!

Ich wurde sofort informiert, dass die Bestellung eingegangen, aber das Fenster im Großhandel nicht verfügbar sei. Ob ich warten wollte. Nach Wochen korrekte Ankündigung der Lieferung. Sicher verpackt. Alles bestens.
I had ordered a replacement window for our motorhome. Unlike many others, it was reasonably priced at Outdoor Living. I was informed immediately that the order had been received but the window was not available at wholesale. Did I want to wait. Correct notification of delivery after weeks. Safely packaged. Everything great.

Order delivered in less than 2 working days and the content was perfectly compliant with what is described on the site. Efficient and quality service. Maybe the shipping costs are slightly above average, but given the enormous speed of delivery, it can be fine.
