Se tutti i torinesi fossero un po' più civili, potremmo vivere in una città molto più pulita.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nonostante le ripetute telefonate di reclamo,ho mandato una mail dove chiedevo di venire a sostituire due bidoni rotti,capovolti e pieni di carta. A distanza di due settimane, non mi hanno ancora risposto.
Despite repeated phone calls to complain, I sent an email asking to come and replace two broken bins, overturned and full of paper. Two weeks later, they still haven't answered me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ sono già due volte che passano a ritirare ingombranti cioe parti di mobili
ma caricano solo pochi pezzi e poi se ne vanno dicendo che il vostro regolamento prevede non piu di 2 metri cubi di legname ma non ci sono due metri cubi cosi ora e la quarta volta che telefoniamo amiant per venire nuovamente a caricare
ma si puo sollecitare questi signori che con una sola volta ancora portano via tutto
finalmente dopo l'intervento da parte di un responsabile oggi in data 13 giugno sono venuti e hanno caricato tutto
grazie molte per vostra sollecita collaborazione

but we can urge these gentlemen who take everything away with just one more time
finally after the intervention by a manager today on June 13th they came and loaded everything

buongiorno!!
vi scrivo per dirvi che nello stabile di via vigone 45 un vs. operatore della raccolta carta passa quando ne ha voglia! toglie un po di carta dal bidone da 360 litri e lascia il resto li. Poi la settimana successiva non passa proprio. Praticamente ad oggi 13 maggio 2016 ci troviamo il bidone colmo di carta!!! da circa due settimane. Ho scattato delle foto data l'incresciosa situazione ripetitiva, quando poi capita che passa e finalmente decide di svuotare il bidone, quando se ne va non chiude nemmeno come dovrebbe, il portone!
quanto vi sto scrivendo non e' un fatto sporadico ma continuo, ne ho parlato anche con altri operatori della zona i quali mi hanno suggerito di fare delle foto della situazione e inviarvele, peccato che in questa mail non posso inviarvele. Ho provato una volta a telefonare al vs. centralino, lamentando la situazione, ma sono stata pure trattata male dicendomi che mai nessuno si e' lamentato , quando almeno un altra persona prima di me ha esposto la medesima lamentela piu' volte. Ad oggi posso dirvi che il voto che vi do grazie al vs. operatore e' 1 . Geom cardullo

good morning!!
I am writing to tell you that in the building in via vigone 45 a vs. card collection operator passes when he feels like it! remove some paper from the 360 liter bin and leave the rest there. Then the next week does not pass. Practically today, May 13, 2016, we find the bin full of paper !!! for about two weeks. I took some pictures given the unfortunate repetitive situation, when it happens that it passes and finally decides to empty the bin, when it goes it doesn't even close as it should, the door!
what I am writing to you is not a sporadic but continuous fact, I have also talked about it with other operators in the area who have suggested me to take pictures of the situation and send them to you, too bad I cannot send them to you in this mail. I tried once to call Vs. switchboard, complaining about the situation, but I was also treated badly by telling myself that no one ever complained, when at least one other person before me exposed the same complaint several times. Per fortuna alcuni operatori sono gentili e disponibili. Grazie.
Il numero telefonico non rispondono ma le mail le guardano e risolvono il problema.
Little attention from some area operators, not a generalized criticism but some operators pass or fail to pick up the card based on "mood" or traffic.
Fortunately, some operators are friendly and helpful. Thanks.
The telephone number does not answer but the emails look at them and solve the problem.
