Dopo ripetute mail e aperture ticket di help desk non ho mai ricevuto risposta e oltre a pagare il canone di assistenza annuo,per ogni intervento richiedono un ulteriore pagamento per la prestazione.
Pessimo prodotto
As the secretary of a company that uses the Concerto software, I feel strongly advised against it as it is very limited, exorbitant prices for not having the desired service and no assistance.
After repeated emails and help desk ticket openings, I never received a reply and in addition to paying the annual assistance fee, for each intervention they require an additional payment for the service.
