Un anno dopo la copertura in plastica delle bacchette ha cominciato a sbriciolarsi, quindi ho chiesto il ricambio a pagamento, e mi hanno comunicato che avrebbero dovuto fare l'ordine al fornitore, quindi ho accettato e sono restato in attesa di una chiamata. Da prima di Natale dell'anno scorso, non ho sentito più nessuno. Sconsigliato.
