★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza pessima. Sono passato per la prima volta in questo posto dato che necessitavo di acquistare delle lenti a contatto.
Al momento dell'ordine mi viene detto subito che le lenti alle quali ero abituato non potevano essere ordinate, ma che c'erano dei prodotti della stessa qualità, di marca diversa, disponibili all'acquisto.
Detto questo, a distanza di 20gg dall'utilizzo mi ritrovo con una lente spezzata a metà nell'occhio, cosa che in 15 anni di esperienza non mi è mai successa , e con un prodotto ampiamente inferiore alla media pagato inoltre molto in più.
Mi sarei aspettato quanto meno che mi venisse proposto di provarle prima dell'acquisto per valutarne la qualità. Stupido io che mi sono fidato.
Bad experience. I went to this place for the first time since I needed to buy contact lenses.
At the time of the order I was immediately told that the lenses I was used to could not be ordered, but that there were products of the same quality, of a different brand, available for purchase.
That said, after 20 days from use I find myself with a lens half-broken in the eye, which in 15 years of experience has never happened to me, and with a product well below the average paid much more.
I would have expected at least that I was asked to try them before buying to evaluate their quality. Stupid me that I trusted.
