Ottica consigliatissima, personale eccellente sia a livello professionale che umano. Grazie all'optometrista Gianluca Pieragostini finalmente ci vedo fino a 12 decimi di distanza :) I went over 1200 km away to get there. I can say that I was more than satisfied, unfortunately I can only give 5 stars. Highly recommended optics, excellent staff both professionally and humanely. Thanks to the optometrist Gianluca Pieragostini I finally see us up to 12 tenths away :)

Completamente diverso dalle grandi catene, lo definirei un’ottica di “una volta”: il personale, di una gentilezza rara in una grande città, ti tratta come una persona e non come un numero-cliente a cui spillare più soldi possibile, come ho visto fin’ora nelle catene che ho frequentato; sono incredibilmente umani e ti accolgono senza nessuna fretta rispondendo a qualsiasi domanda o richiesta, ascoltandoti e consigliando un prodotto su misura. Hanno prodotti di alta qualità, sia come occhiali che come lenti a contatto, in modo da soddisfare anche richieste più particolari, infatti qui ho scoperto dei prodotti di nicchia, giusti per le mie esigenze. Ho scoperto questo ottico grazie ad una convenzione, ma ormai non lo lascio più! Gianluca is very kind and always available and competent. The prices are unbeatable and the quality is really high. Completely different from the big chains, I would define it as a "once upon a time" perspective: the staff, with a rare kindness in a big city, treats you as a person and not as a customer number to tap as much money as possible, as I have seen so far in the chains that I have frequented; they are incredibly human and welcome you without any rush, answering any question or request, listening to you and recommending a tailor-made product. They have high quality products, both as glasses and as contact lenses, in order to satisfy even more particular requests, in fact here I discovered niche products, right for my needs. I discovered this optician thanks to a convention, but I won't leave it anymore!
