★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stata da Ottica Reggiani diverse volte e non posso trattenermi dal fare questa recensione perché ho trovato in questa attività un servizio unico. Oltre alla disponibilità e cortesia del personale che vanta un esperienza che si tramanda di generazione in generazione, sono rimasta favorevolmente colpita dalla vastissima gamma di montature sia da vista che da sole e dai prezzi concorrenziali di queste ultime. Per non parlare del mio stupore quando la gentilissima proprietaria mi ha parlato delle loro consegne a domicilio a titolo gratuito bravi continuate cosi!
I have been to Ottica Reggiani several times and I cannot refrain from doing this review because I have found a unique service in this business. In addition to the helpfulness and courtesy of the staff who boasts an experience that has been handed down from generation to generation, I was favorably impressed by the vast range of optical and sun frames and by the competitive prices of the latter. Not to mention my amazement when the very kind owner told me about their free home deliveries good keep it up!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un ambiente elegante che si contraddistingue per la vasta ed originale offerta di montature, brand ricercati e per niente comuni, un negozio storico ma rinnovato, dove la gentilezza, la professionalità e l’onestà di sempre vengono prima di ogni altra cosa. A conduzione famigliare, la disponibilità di Annalisa e Simone fa si che il servizio sia puntuale e veloce qualsiasi esigenza uno abbia. Ottimo anche il servizio a domicilio. Senza alcun dubbio il miglior negozio di ottica a Parma e provincia, consigliatissimo!
An elegant setting that stands out for its vast and original range of frames, sophisticated and not at all common brands, a historic but renovated shop, where the usual kindness, professionalism and honesty come before anything else. Family-run, the availability of Annalisa and Simone means that the service is punctual and fast whatever needs one has. The home service is also excellent. Without a doubt the best optical shop in Parma and its province, highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A causa dell’attività di Smart Working che svolgo in questo periodo ho avuto alcuni fastidi agli occhi. Ho telefonato ieri pomeriggio per chiedere se esistessero degli occhiali adatti a risolvere il mio problema. Non solo avevano il tipo di occhiali di cui avevo bisogno, ma mi hanno anche dato consigli per minimizzare i fastidi che provoca l’esposizione prolungata allo schermo del PC. Tutto questo prima che mi recassi in negozio per scegliere la montatura. Di persona sono stati cortesi e professionali, consigliandomi anche la montatura esteticamente più adatta al mio viso.

Due to the Smart Working activity that I carry out in this period, I have had some eye problems. I phoned yesterday afternoon to ask if glasses existed to solve my problem. Not only did they have the type of glasses I needed, but they also gave me tips to minimize the hassle that prolonged exposure to the PC screen causes. Dal momento che entri nel negozio ti accolgono con un sorriso che ti fa lasciare fuori dalla porta tutte le tue amarezze. Ti sanno consigliare non per interesse ma per le tue esigenze, ti parlano del pro e contro di ogni prodotto e ti aiutano nella scelta. Mi hanno consegnato gli occhiali nuovi anche in anticipo e come sempre io esco dal loro negozio semplicemente sereno e tranquillo, sempre più convinto di aver fatto la cosa giusta rivolgendomi a loro.
