Per sua stessa ammissione la qualità offerta con Groupon non è la stessa di quella offerta in circostanze diverse, per cui mai andare nel suo negozio con un Groupon acquistato per i bambini. Perché da adulto ti può rovinare la vista, al bambino ha rimorsi di coscienza. Rudeness as first presentation. Even the owner allows himself to enter into the merits of the choices as a parent. By his own admission the quality offered with Groupon is not the same as that offered in different circumstances, so never go to his shop with a Groupon purchased for children. Because as an adult it can ruin your sight, the child has remorse of conscience.

Ho acquistato ad un prezzo importante (oltre 400€) un occhiale con montatura Memory e lenti speciali (anti graffio, infrangibili, anti....tutto) Dopo pochi mesi una lente si e rotta ( quindi mi hanno venduto una fregatura). In garanzia me l'hanno cambiata. A distanza di un paio d'anni una lente è diventata gialla e opaca e l'altra è rimasta cristallina. Questa differenza mi crea grossi problemi di vista. Ho contestato la cosa dopo circa 4 anni...hanno riconosciuto l'evidente differenza di colore delle lenti alle quali hanno fatto fare un esame tecnico che ha stabilito che le stesse fossero di due epoche diverse per cui era normale che una si fosse ingiallita. Risultato...mi hanno restituito l'occhiale così come l'ho portato. Domanda: perché non hanno cambiato entrambe le lenti alla prima rottura in garanzia se si poteva creare questo disagio con la differenza di colore nel tempo? Perché non prendersi la responsabilità oggi aldilà della garanzia? Ma poi....di cosa stiamo parlando? Del carico economico di una lente per un "rinomato" negozio di ottica che avrebbe consentito di non fare la figura degli approfittatori e non perdere un cliente a cui é stato creato un oggettivo disagio. No professionalism. I bought at an important price (over 400 €) a pair of glasses with Memory frame and special lenses (scratch-resistant, unbreakable, anti .... everything) After a few months a lens broke (so they sold me a rip off). Under warranty they changed it for me. After a couple of years, one lens became yellow and opaque and the other remained crystalline. This difference creates great vision problems for me. I disputed the thing after about 4 years ... they recognized the obvious difference in color of the lenses which they did a technical examination that established that they were from two different eras so it was normal that one had yellowed. Result ... they returned the glasses to me as I brought them. Question: Why didn't they change both lenses on the first break under warranty if this discomfort could be created by the color difference over time? Why not take responsibility today beyond the warranty? But then ... what are we talking about? Of the economic burden of a lens for a "renowned" optical shop that would have made it possible not to make the figure of profiteers and not to lose a customer who has been objectively created a discomfort.

Sono gentilissimi e super professionali. They made me glasses in two days for only 100 eu, also giving me advice on the lenses that the ophthalmologist hadn't given me.
