Se non ho lasciato una recensione è perché non ne avevo voglia. Ho il diritto di essere lasciato in pace. Luigi Lupi, che ho conosciuto attraverso “passaparola”, da un lato non mi ha chiesto nulla (nè prima, nè durante, nè dopo) e dall’altro ha svolto un servizio impeccabile. Mi sono avvicinato alle lenti a contatto (causa Covid / mascherina / occhiali sempre appannati) per la prima volta a 60anni. Con molta diffidenza. Debbo dire che grazie alla accurata perizia (sono presbite / astigmatico) e disponibile pazienza (mi ha spiegato in più sessioni, gratuite, come mettere e rimuovere lenti a contatto) di Luigi Lupi mi sono positivamente convinto ad entrare nel mondo delle lenti a contatto. Quando il servizio coincide con le aspettative il cliente è soddisfatto. Io sono soddisfatto.

I approached contact lenses (due to Covid / mask / glasses always fogged) for the first time at 60. With a lot of distrust. I must say that thanks to Luigi Lupi's careful expertise (I am presbyopic / astigmatic) and available patience (he explained to me in several free sessions, how to put on and remove contact lenses), I was positively convinced to enter the world of contact lenses. When the service matches the expectations, the customer is satisfied. I am satisfied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was in Rome on vacation when i began to wash my glasses and the frame split in half. A real dilemma when you are to visit the Colliseum the next morning and without glasses not able to see much. Ottica Lupi was one of the first places I found and I arrived at their door before the even openend. When the doors openend he was able to find a frame to fit my lenses which I thought would be impossible. Big thank you to the Ottica Lupi team that basically saved my vacation of your amazing city. Thanks so much for taking such great care of a traveler in deseperate need.
