a	alessia grillo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PESSIMA esperienza. DA EVITARE. Mio marito ha richiesto due paia di occhiali : uno da vicino e uno da lontano. Li hanno montati senza farglieli prima provare. Nessuno dei due andava bene. Ha chiesto spiegazioni e gli hanno detto che doveva adattarsi. Li ha portati per più di una settimana (come consigliato) e si è adattato a quelli da lontano ma per quelli da vicino non c'è stato nulla da fare. E' ritornato per restituire le lenti e avere indietro i soldi come avevano detto che avrebbero fatto ("perchè a loro stanno a cuore i loro clienti") ma si sono RUBATI 80 € . DA EVITARE. Bad experience. TO AVOID. My husband requested two pairs of glasses: one from near and one from afar. They mounted them without letting them try them first. Neither was good. He asked for explanations and they told him he had to adapt. He took them for over a week (as recommended) and adapted to those from far away but for those up close there was nothing to do. He returned to return the lenses and get the money back as they said they would ("because they care about their customers") but they stole € 80. TO AVOID.
