★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non metto una stella per bontà. Ho acquistato da loro delle lenti a contatto giornaliere e poco dopo le ho messe. Una lente si è spezzata subito e metà lente mi è rimasta nell'occhio per un bel po' a occhio invisibile poiché era finita dietro l'occhio. Di conseguenza sono andata da loro e non mi hanno aiutata nemmeno a cacciarla fuori la mezza lente rimasta nell'occhio!
PS: neanche mi hanno data una nuova per sostuirla.
Morale della giornata, ho risolto da sola ?
I don't put a star out of goodness. I bought daily contact lenses from them and put them on shortly after. One lens snapped right away and half of the lens stayed in my eye for quite a while in the invisible eye as it ended up behind the eye. As a result I went to them and they didn't even help me to kick out the half lens that remained in the eye!
PS: they didn't even give me a new one to replace it.
Moral of the day, I solved by myself ?
