M	Marco Scriffignano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disattenzione(distrazione) totale verso il cliente, mi maledico ogni giorno per essere entrato in quel negozio a effettuare 2 ordini, lenti per gli occhiali sbagliate con misurazione effettuata da loro errata, la seconda misurazione sembra migliore. Lenti a contatto ordinate il 31 agosto, arrivate ieri, anch'esse erano sbagliate e non quelle avevo ordinato io. Devo attendere altri 10 giorni lavorativi per forse averle corrette. Ho provveduto a segnalare il tutto ad un operatore che mi ha contattato in seguito al sondaggio con votazione negativa che mi avete inviato per email, spero che la situazione migliori. Completamente amareggiato e deluso. Total inattention (distraction) towards the customer, I curse myself every day for walking into that shop to place 2 orders, wrong eyeglass lenses with wrong measurement made by them, second measurement looks better. Contact lenses ordered on August 31, arrived yesterday, they too were wrong and not those I ordered. I have to wait another 10 business days to perhaps have them corrected. I proceeded to report everything to an operator who contacted me following the negative vote survey that you sent me by email, I hope the situation improves. Completely embittered and disappointed.

Ho tentato a contattarli telefonicamente nuovamente... .ma niente per cui sono ritornata al negozio dopo vari tentativi... ed erano già pronti....ma nessuno si era degnato di contattarmi...questa è la mia esperienza ...per me sconsigliato ...se' avete il tempo di fare strada per andare a chiedere buon per voiii Contacting them by phone is a mirage: I went personally to ask for the lenses ... they reported that they were at the "editing" ... and they would call ... nothing true ... M	Marco Marino on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo aver speso 500€ per delle lenti, mi sono state “regalate“ delle lenti a contatto mensili SBAGLIATE con delle graduazioni differenti rispetto a quello che (sempre loro) mi hanno fatto. Eppure dovevano solo copiare i dati registrati sul pc!!! Poca scelta di prodotti. Inoltre ho dovuto fare per ben tre volte avanti e indietro per ritirare l’occhiale, perché ancora nel 2021 non sono in grado di fissare un appuntamento ad orario ed evitare che il personale si sovraccarichi di clienti che non riesce a gestire. Esperienza pessima, come la gestione dell’utenza. After spending € 500 for lenses, I was “given” WRONG monthly contact lenses with different graduations than what (always they) did to me. Yet they only had to copy the recorded data on the PC !!! Little choice of products. In addition, I had to go back and forth three times to collect the glasses, because still in 2021 I am still unable to make an appointment on time and prevent the staff from becoming overloaded with customers that they cannot manage. Bad experience, such as user management.

Il negozio si presenta ampio, spazioso, luminoso, con un personale deliziosamente disponibile, sorridente e ovviamente competente; attento all'ascolto delle esigenze del cliente, puntuale nella data di consegna, senza attese o code di sorta. ;) Inutile menzionare la vasta gamma di montature sia per occhiali da vista, che prevedono a sua volta una scelta ampia nella gamma dei vetri graduati, che per quelli da sole. Shop in the heart of Catania, an effervescent city. The shop is large, spacious, bright, with a delightfully helpful, smiling and obviously competent staff; attentive to listening to the customer's needs, punctual on the delivery date, without waiting or queues of any kind. ;) Needless to mention the wide range of frames for both prescription glasses, which in turn provide a wide choice in the range of graduated glasses, and for sunglasses.
