Ho contattato telefonicamente e via e-mail grandvision e in maniera sbrigativa mi hanno risposto che mi sarei dovuto intefacciare col rivenditore. Dovevo partire in vacanza e, avendo acquistato due paia di occhiali, il secondo mi fu inviato nel negozio più vicino al luogo della mia vacanza, senza aggravio di spesa. Pertanto, in questi giorni, mi sono avvalso dello stesso negozio per un altro paio di occhiali: stessa competenza e professionalità del tecnico (donna) che mi ha controllato la gradazione della vista e gli occhiali mi sono stati consegnati nei 5 gg. lavorativi previsti. Ottimo servizio. Sicuramente continuerò ad avvalermi di questo esercizio. Grazie. Inoltre un membro dello staff si è anche comportato in maniera scortese. L’altro invece è stato molto disponibile e gentile. Per finire consiglio di fare la visita oculistica altrove. Mi è stato detto che la dottria dell’occhio destro non era cambiata, sebbene io abbia espresso delle perplessità. Una volta ritirati i miei occhiali, sono rimasta delusa perché non vedevo bene.
