Sono stato qui per comprare un paio di occhiali da vista, dovevo cambiarlo poiche aveva un po' di anni. Entro dicendo chiaro le mie esigenze, il signore mi porta al piano di sopra per vedere la gradazione, successivamente si ritorna al piano terra per scegliere la montatura, mi chiede il tipo di forma, il colore, lo stile che vorrei e mi tira fuori tutte le lenti che piu o meno soddisfano le richieste. Poi ci sono io che messaggiando con amici per chiedere quale delle montature mi stia meglio, quando alla fine mi sono decisa e' passata tipo un'ora o piu da quando ho iniziato a provarli. Il signore comunque paziente, gentilissimo e disponibilissimo anche alle mie domande sulle lenti e vario. Ottima esperienza.

I needed to buy new optical lenses for my glasses, and they refused to do it. I went to another shop down the street.

I went to the store just to fix the handles of my glasses frame which was only a little bit loose on my face, the man in the shop took the glasses inside another room which is totally separated from the main hall that I wasn't able to see what he was doing. They keep all the repairing machines in that room including the one that gives heat to fix the plastic frame, that he used to fix my frame as well. When he returned it, one of the lenses was cracked and I noticed it once I put the glasses on. He didn't accept that it was his fault, at the end I called the police myself after being in the shop for 2 hours till the police came and we filled a complain form. The employees are so rude and impolite, for 2 hours were accusing me for lying and they said that I did this myself to get a lens for free, which made me to call the police!!!! From the first moment he was saying this is a heat caused fracture type then he kept changing the story for the police as well and even he told the police that he fixed the glasses in the main hall right in front of us which was an absolute lie. He changed the story once more telling the police that the lens was fractured before he took it, and if it was true he could simply inform us before repairing it! Then his final funny story was that the glasses has been returned to us in a perfect condition and I fractured it in 30 seconds from when he returned it to me!!!! What really upset me and made me to call the police wasn't the glasses itself, was the fact accusing and calling me a "Lier". I even asked them since the beginning to check the CCTV cameras but they rejected and also told the police that they don't have it, which is a very unusual thing for a big shop like this in Milan! Another point to mention, the main boss of the shop totally ignored us and left us to argue with the employees, even after the police showed up the boss didn't care to come downstairs; that I believe his behaviour was truly disrespectful to the costumers specially in an European country!! For sure I will follow this complain as I deeply feel disrespected, and I believe the employees or the boss could simply say sorry for the incident that was the fault of the employee! An absolute disaster for a store in a city like Milan, deserves no star.
