Definire il personale "gentile" sarebbe un eufemismo.
Consigliatissimo.
The lens had come off my glasses (gasket attachment). The backups were in Toronto. They saved me sight and vacation in less than 10 minutes.
To call the staff "nice" would be an understatement.
Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eravamo in vacanza, si é rotta la montatura degli occhiali, panico! Ma abbiamo trovato lui, persona preparata, gentile e paziente. Ci ha assistiti con cura e ci ha trovato la montatura adatta per la lente. Consigliato. Oltretutto il negozio è veramente carino, una vera chicca.
We were on vacation, the frame of the glasses broke, panic! But we found him, a prepared, kind and patient person. He assisted us with care and found the right frame for the lens. Advised. Besides, the shop is really nice, a real treat.
