Nashyla con molta professionalità entusiasmo e gentilezza ci ha fatti sentire subito a nostro agio . Gli occhiali proposti sono delle “chicche” e ci ha subito capiti … sempre bello quando si viene trattato così grazie e alla prossima Alessandra e nicola We have just been in the brand new and beautiful shop in via Roma in grassobbio… what about professionalism, education and kindness are the first three adjectives that come to mind… nashyla and fabio were exceptional. Il personale è competente,dinamico, simpatico e nel mio caso Lorenzo ha avuto un infinita pazienza con me per la scelta della montatura.Paolo che ha aiutato mia mamma e (un po anche me)è stato bravissimo nel consigliare entrambe con professionalità e simpatia.prezzi ottimi,velocità di consegna ,ho aspettato pochissimo. Grazie anche alle ragazze del personale che ogni tanto fermavo per un parere femminile!Quindi servizio top! Dopo aver fatto un controllo della vista gratuitamente, sono stata seguita da Lorenzo, collaboratore giovanissimo molto cortese, professionale e gentile che pazientemente mi ha mostrato una vasta gamma di modelli di occhiali da vista, dando risposta alle mie incertezze in modo chiaro ed esaudiente. Il tempo di 10 minuti, terminato il pagamento, mi sono stati consegnati i miei nuovi occhiali: Consigliatissimi!!
