Consigliato anche per chi ha già un’ottica di fiducia per l’innovazione che apportano. Capiscono così bene le tue esigenze che sei anche contento di spendere un po’ di più apprezzandone la trasparenza e la genuinità delle loro offerte. Anche se vengo da fuori BG ne vale totalmente la pena. Whenever I have recommended this place they have always found what they were looking for the first time. Young and thick staff. Mi avevano detto che sono all'avanguardia nel proporre soluzioni per contrastare la progressione miopia negli adolescenti e avevano ragione! Grazie alle lenti notturne per ortocheratologia mio figlio 13 enne è stabile, senza occhiali di giorno e libero di praticare sport senza limiti causati dalla vista! I costi sono in linea con prodotti di questo genere (alti ma non potrebbe essere diversamente). Personale preparato e molto gentile, sia per la scelta della montatura che per le misure optometriche (eseguite in un laboratorio a circa 20 mt dalla sede). Tempi di sonsegna rispettati perfettamente. Nota dolente: la difficoltà di trovare parcheggio. Be, un altro mondo! Attenzione al cliente, cortesia, disponibilità e professionalità. Al primo incontro mi hanno fissato la visita con l'ottico, visita che è durata quasi 40 minuti!!! Molto molto precisi, scrupolosi... davvero sono rimasto senza parole. Mi hanno di fatto risolto un problema che mi avevano creato "gli altri": vale a dire aver sbagliato clamorosamente una correzione di una lente che ha fatto si che per due anni il mio occhio lavorasse male. Appena indossati i nuovi occhiali altra vita! E alla fine dei conti il costo non è così differente. Sono contento di aver trovato finalmente il mio ottico di riferimento :-) Super consigliato! Very very precise, scrupulous ... really I was speechless. They actually solved a problem that "the others" had created for me: that is to say that a correction of a lens was blatantly wrong which meant that my eye worked badly for two years. Dopo avere chiamato tutte le ottiche di Bergamo (con risultati scarsi e senza impegn)mi ritrovo a chiamare quest ottica. Avevo bisogno di poche lentine giornaliere /mensili per potermi permettere di muovere in città ,ma risultava impossibile ordinarle e farmele acquistare entro i davvero pochi giorni della mia permanenza. Cosicché dopo un accurata ricerca e con tanta professionalità,ma soprattutto cortesia e gentilezza mi hanno lasciato usufruire di lentine da trial che facevano al mio caso. Potevano benissamente non aiutarmi nella mia richiesta non essendoci un tornaconto economico, essendo lenti da prova ,ma così non è stato per la gentilezza e l 'impegno umano verso il cliente Consiglio davvero vivamente! After calling all the Bergamo optics (with poor results and without commitment) I find myself calling this optician. I needed a few daily / monthly lenses to be able to afford to move around the city, but it was impossible to order them and have them purchased within the very few days of my stay. So after a careful research and with a lot of professionalism, but above all courtesy and kindness, they let me take advantage of trial lenses that were right for me. They could very well not help me in my request as there was no economic gain, being slow to test, but it was not so for the kindness and human commitment towards the customer Really highly recommend!
